Handy Butler provides professional residential and commercial handyman services, including but not limited to repairs, installations, renovations, maintenance, cleaning, and assembly services. All services are subject to availability, scope confirmation, and acceptance by HandyButler.
2. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates provided are based on information available at the time and may be subject to change.
- Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, and project complexity.
- Additional work not included in the original estimate must be approved by the client prior to execution.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Clients are responsible for providing access to the work area at the scheduled time.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
4. Workmanship Warranty
Handy Butler offers a 1-year workmanship warranty on eligible services. This warranty covers defects resulting directly from workmanship and does not include damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, third-party interference, or material failure.
5. Liability and Insurance
Handy Butler is fully insured with up to $2 million in liability coverage. While all reasonable care is taken, HandyButler is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues beyond the agreed scope of work.
6. Health and Safety
All Handy Butler technicians comply with WSIB requirements and follow strict health and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), site assessments, and safe work practices.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and accessible work environment.
- Disclose known hazards, structural issues, or special requirements prior to service.
- Secure pets and personal belongings during service appointments.
8. Website Use
